Client Order Coordinator

This position is responsible for telephone and internet-based support for the FAST Platform clients on order issues and order facilitation. Under joint direction of the CEO, CTO and VP of Sales, the Client Order Coordinator will be the daily contact for FAST customers and provide efficient and timely attention to end to end order questions and issues.


Essential Functions

  • Assist customers in order management and fulfillment, determine client expectations via email, pictures and conversations.
  • Examine work order to determine information communicated to decorator; review the electronic work order for errors and incomplete instructions from the client.
  • Compare client expectations with the final product and initiate a review with the decorator, if needed.
  • Resolves product, service, and order fulfillment problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Determine if the Decorator Liaison needs to be contacted to address concerns.
  • Establish and investigate the decorators positon on an error and review the order instructions with the decorator.
  • Initiate and log a chargeback against the decorator, if required.
  • Initiate replacement orders, if needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

  • Computer experience


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Customer Service experience a Plus
  • Experience working in Retail/Fashion Industry a Plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Software
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Strong Math Skills a plus
