Client Order Coordinator

eRetailing Associates is a leading ecommerce personalization on demand apparel and technology company. We are looking for a Client Order Coordinator. This position is responsible for telephone and internet-based support for the FAST Platform clients on order issues and order facilitation. Under joint direction of the CEO, CTO and VP of Sales, the Client Order Coordinator will be the daily contact for FAST customers and provide efficient and timely attention to end to end order questions and issues.


Essential Functions

  • Assist customers in order management and fulfillment.
  • Assist customers via phone and email by answering product, service, and other fulfillment questions.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product, service, and order fulfillment problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Order from and manage the workflow with 3rd party vendors as it relates to client orders. This will involve using many different vendor systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full Time position; Expected hours of work are 9:00am - 5:30pm.


  • Retail and Apparel Industry Knowledge and Experience is a Plus
  • At least one (1) year of Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Software
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Strong Math Skills is a Plus
