Customer Engagement Representative

eRetailing Associates, a leading ecommerce fulfillment and technology company, is looking for a full time Customer Engagement Representative to join our marketing team. This is an entry level position, and would be ideal for an enthusiastic new college grad looking to start their career.

Job Overview

This position will be responsible for assisting with initial business development, as well as maintaining positive ongoing customer relationships with new and existing F.A.S.T Platform customers.

The Customer Engagement Rep, under the direction of the VP of Sales, will work closely with the customer to develop, nurture and grow continuing business by being the primary contact and taking full ownership of customer satisfaction. This position will work as a team with our internal resources to ensure excellent support is provided to F.A.S.T. accounts. Responsibilities also include delivery of routine reports to the management team as well as providing them with immediate notice of customer issues or needs that are escalating outside their level of control.

Specific Job Duties

  • Handling inbound and making outbound F.A.S.T. customer calls and emails
  • Being the primary day to day customer contact and resource
  • Acquire and demonstrate basic knowledge of decorator methods
  • Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of our product line
  • Business Development and Marketing
  • Acquire and demonstrate full understanding of target market and customers
  • Active participation in marketing and customer planning meetings
  • Assist in new user trainings and rollouts
  • Market to low volume users
  • Assist customers in finding specific and comparable products
  • Present samples and new item introductions
  • Phone & email outreach on product and pricing specials
  • Creation of training and promotional materials (Sales Flyers, Presentations, etc.)
  • Generate bimonthly eblasts to educate on promotions, FAQ’s, tips, etc.
  • Order Management
  • Assist F.A.S.T. customer support team with order entry as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of all new developments and procedures regarding the F.A.S.T. Platform and company protocols

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for what you do
  • Retail and Apparel Industry Knowledge & Experience is a Plus
  • Skilled in Excel and Word Software
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills
  • Multi-Tasking Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
